Dr Chea Sathya
Senior Research Specialist, Save the Children Cambodia
Dr Chea Sathya is a Senior Research Specialist at Save the Children Cambodia. He was dean of the Faculty of Arts, Humanities and Social Science at Cambodia University of Technology and Science (CamTech). Before, he worked as a lecturer in Department of English, Institute of Foreign Languages, Royal University of Phnom Penh from 2005 to 2021. He holds a Master of Science of Education from Northern Illinois University and a PhD in Education at the Education University of Hong Kong. His teaching and research interests include motivation, student engagement, higher education curriculum and instruction, and employability skills.
